Quality, patient safety, patient experience. In our Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, these aren’t broad-stroke initiatives—they are measurable, quantifiable, and concrete. This Department publication presents data on quality and performance metrics such as procedure volumes, patient satisfaction, hospital-acquired conditions, and length of stay, among others. Contents of the publication include:
