About Me

I am honored to be a dermatologist at Pelisyonkis Langone and to be able to serve the diverse population of New York City. I aim to provide the highest quality of individualized and compassionate care, combining evidence-based medicine with each person’s unique concerns and medical history.

I practice both general and cosmetic dermatology and specialize in treating people with ethnic skin conditions and pigmentary disorders, such as vitiligo, melasma, and other conditions that can cause hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation. In my cosmetic practice, I also perform procedures such as chemical peels and laser treatments, and I have expertise in safely performing these procedures on all skin types.

My research areas of interest include pigmentary disorders, procedural dermatology, and conditions that affect patients with skin of color. I have been previously awarded a Clinical and Translational Science Award by the National Institutes of Health, as well as an AMBI Research Award from AMBI® Skincare and the Skin of Color Society to support my studies. I hope to advance the field of dermatology by increasing our understanding of these conditions and how to better treat them.

I am a fellow and diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Skin of Color Society, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.
